At S[&]T we specialize in R&D solutions in the domains of High-Tech Industry, Defense & Security, Space & Science, and Environment & Sustainability. We live and breathe innovation, and are one of the few partners that collaborate with High-Tech organizations in optimizing performance through projects on-site or internally at S[&]T.
We are currently migrating out internal corporate IT systems to Microsoft M365 (email, chat, videoconferencing, etc.) and Odoo (ERP, CRM, finance, HR, etc.). This requires entirely new ways of managing data, documents, and business processes, for both end-users and admins.
We are looking for an enterprising intern who can help us develop tools and best practices for making optimal use of M365 and Odoo possibilities, without compromising security.
Tasks:
- Determine user requirements, followed by designing, developing, and testing/deploying a collection of M365 PowerShell and Odoo Python scripts for management, overview, and reporting purposes.
- Help develop and implement business processes and accompanying best practices, security/permission policies, and possibly website templates for (secure) sharing and dissemination of documents in Teams en SharePoint.
- Investigate how our security setup can be improved and monitored, particularly in light of information security standards such as ISO27001 and ABDO.
- This internship does not require you to already be an expert in SharePoint, PowerShell or Odoo, but affinity with application management and some prior experience with scripting (e.g. Python or bash) and (network/information) security is necessary.
- S&T is an international organisation, and a good command of the English language (both speaking and writing) is a requirement.
