About the Job

You will join the Commercial Team, based in Amsterdam, that supports all activities and relationships related to Waldom’s supplier and distributor partners. You’ll support Waldom’s business objectives by fulfilling the need to protect its programs and operations.

As our Program Coordinator Intern, you will report to the SME Team Lead and help the team in coordinating and analyze Waldom’s Slow-Moving and Excess (SME) program. Your main roles will be tracking SME orders, cooperating cross-department on projects, and coordinating daily operational work.

What You Can Do

  • Track SME orders: stock that hasn't arrived in our warehouse and providing an expected delivery date.
  • Ensure that every important external stakeholder receives the monthly reminder newsletter.
  • Support with the collection of the stock at Distributor is coordinated in the fastest and most optimal way.
  • Support the process in place to ensure validation of the stock in our warehouse, shipment to Rockford, and receipt in Rockford is executed in the fastest way
  • Cooperate with other departments in Waldom on a range of projects.
  • Coordinate daily operational work.

The Role Requirements 

  • To be a recent graduate or still attending HBO/BA/MA education in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, Visio), Power BI & CRM systems (ideally Hubspot).
  • Data analysis skill is highly preferrable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
