The internship, which takes 3 months, is an ideal moment to get to know each other and see if there is a mutual connection. In case of a successful internship you will be offered a full-time analyst position. From day one you will work with the team on presentations, pitches and Information Memoranda, build and work with financial- and valuation models and help with day-to-day deal management (e.g. data rooms, due diligence, etc.). You will be able to instantly see the impact of your work during (digital) client meetings!

Competence and skills

• You are interested in corporate finance with a preference in M&A
• You enjoy working with numbers, but also have a commercial attitude
• You are eager to learn, like to think out of the box and are driven to fully comprehend companies, markets and sectors
• You are sociable and like to be part of a close-knit team
• You are not afraid to share your opinion
• You have further developed yourself alongside your studies
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
• You have a WO Master's degree

What will you do?

• Collect and analyse company, market and sector data
• Research strategic alternatives and analyse financial impact
• Work on out-of-the-box solutions for clients with M&A, finance or data science issues
