Medior Growth Marketer

The position

As a senior growth consultant, you help your clients realize digital growth, from strategy to execution. You’ll play a key role in the digital growth of a range of companies, including promising start-ups, midsized companies, and multinationals such as Microsoft or Logitech.

You lead your client and team to success from start to conclusion. Beginning with research and strategy, you help the client define their ideal customer profile and value proposition. Next, you help them grow by applying the growth hacking methodology, as well as testing channels and assets to find the ideal growth route to suit their needs. You always keep their business goals and strategy in mind.

Required experience

We are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in growth marketing and a broad range of growth skills in:

• Funnel strategy
• PPC
• Social media ads (Facebook, LinkedIn)
• SEO
• Data analysis
• Google Analytics
• A/B testing
