At COTY HQ in Amsterdam, we are looking for an ambitious Talent Management Intern who can start at our office in September.

As our intern for talent acquisition and talent development, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within the global Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams. You will work in a fast-paced and international environment, where you will be involved in multiple talent acquisition and talent development projects.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help shape how we attract, engage, and retain talent worldwide. It is a broad role in which you will gain hands-on experience in creating compelling content for multiple target audiences, supporting early careers, career development, and project management.

Your main focus:

  • Create compelling content for internal and external channels, including social media, career site, toolkits, and more.
  • Contribute to different TA and TD initiatives.
  • Assist with early careers initiatives, including events and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and branding specialists on global projects that enhance candidate and employee experience.
  • Support the TA and TD team.

What you bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A creative mindset with strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or social media platforms is a plus.
  • Can preferably start at the beginning of September.
