  • Support execution of the Sustainability Program in the regions by providing and developing information, communication, and training.
  • Support external communication and engagement on driving sustainable healthcare within Philips.
  • Support the development of sustainability assets, manage SharePoint content, and organize events and training.

  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

We offer you:

  • Housing compensation if you need to relocate near the office, with a monthly allowance of €300 net in the vicinity of Amsterdam and €255 net for all other Philips locations, subject to eligibility.
  • Travel compensation of up to €192 net per month if you are not eligible for a free public transport card.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips products at the Philips shop.
