During this internship, you will contribute within an international organisation by supporting projects in a corporate HR environment. As a valued team member, you will engage in current projects, participate in team meetings, work with various stakeholders, and have the opportunity to independently develop your own initiatives. You will support colleagues by gathering input, developing presentations, and realizing projects.

Afterwards, you will have gained experience in a complex organisation, worked on societal impact, and developed insight into strategic HR and organisational issues.

In short

• You support data analysis and research, such as the Employee Experience scan.
• You assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
• You collaborate with various stakeholders within and outside HR.

Your development as a young professional

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within Rabobank. You will learn how to work in an international and hybrid work environment and discover how to create impact on organisational change.

About the team

You will join a team of 5 colleagues. The team advises HR business partners and improves HR products and processes. In addition, the team collaborates with international regions and Employee Resource Groups, also known as diversity networks, to further drive inclusive collaboration and create equitable opportunities.
