Medior Digital Designer

At North-East, a strategic studio and part of the global digital agency Hypersolid, you’ll work on design projects ranging from bold brand identities to inspiring digital products and convincing Keynotes.

What you’ll do

We believe rigorous marketing innovation demands creativity. You’ll be at the forefront of design projects that range from bold brand identities to inspiring digital products and convincing Keynotes.

• Creating and shaping the biggest digital platforms in the Netherlands (for example; NPO Start)
• Applying and stretching brand systems across different touchpoints, always on-brand, never boring.
• Translating insights into creative concepts that not only look great but work great.
• Being a trusted design partner for our clients, helping them bring groundbreaking ideas to life.
• Facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting your work with clarity and impact.
• Delivering your work with a sharp eye and smart tools; from Figma to Keynote to Adobe CC.

What you bring along

• You have 2+ years of experience in digital design, are a strong conceptual thinker, and have no problem shifting between different clients and corporate identities.
• You have experience designing products, user interfaces, and user experiences, and you are familiar with working in and/or creating design systems.
• You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or Keynote.
• AI is part of your toolset, and you know how and when to use it.
• You’re curious and love finding better, smarter ways to solve problems.
• You’re bold and not afraid to ask the “dumb” questions that move a project forward.
• You’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset and are happy to operate beyond your core role.
• You keep up with trends, tools, and best practices in digital and design.
• You have a strong sense of visual storytelling and know how to make complex ideas beautifully simple, and you are able to sell yourself and your ideas.
