Overview

The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is a dynamic role within Human Resources that partners closely with the HRBP team across EMEA and Australia to support and execute tasks and projects related to the regional HR strategy that engage employees and drive business results.

Reporting to the Vice President HR, this individual will support people & culture initiatives by serving as the first point of contact for (senior) leaders in the region and acting as a liaison across global and local HR teams on a wide range of HR topics to improve efficiency and the employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for (senior) leaders and employees and help appropriately direct their questions and support needs to the relevant HR teams.
  • Work directly with the HRBP team to provide administrative support on a wide range of people and culture initiatives and projects linked to business and people strategies globally and across the region, including Talent & Succession Planning, Performance Calibration, Organizational Effectiveness, Absence Management, and Learning & Development programs.
  • Provide input and support for workforce and organizational planning, as well as ownership of position and HR system governance.
  • Partner closely with various stakeholders, including Centers of Excellence and Finance, to build and upgrade processes, practices, policies, and handbooks used by HRBPs, managers, and employees.
  • Create HR reporting, metrics, and dashboards, and analyze data where required to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and COEs across the globe to support Training and Development and Internal Communication initiatives within the region.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1–2 years of HR experience within a European context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field; Master’s is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience prioritizing, coordinating, and driving projects as part of cross-departmental teams.
  • Proven sensitivity to confidential materials and issues.
  • Fluent business-level English; other European languages are a considerable plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
