We are now looking for Outreach Support Workers to join our team in Shropshire to work with people with acquired brain injuries in their own home.
We provide support across Oswestry, Wem, Shrewsbury and Whitchurch.
Due to the nature of this role it is highly desirable that the successful applicant will hold a full valid driving licence and has access to their own vehicle. This will allow you to work in various locations and services.
You don’t need experience as full training is provided, and you will work with a local team who will guide you from day one.

Welmede is part of the Avenues Group; a specialist provider of social care, supporting disabled people with complex needs to enjoy life and we would love you to become part of our teams.
Working shifts; Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rota covering usually early mornings, late and night shifts (7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm and 9pm-7am; subject to change)
Our pay is £17,000 per annum (pro rata) + benefits.
