Our team in Farnborough is currently looking for a: Internal Sales Advisor on either a full or part-time permanent basis. Passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer service? Due to continued business success at BMW Financial Services, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our expanding team due to continued growth. As Internal Sales Advisor, you'll excel in understanding our customer needs, signposting them accordingly to find the best products for their needs, in order to achieve the best customer outcome. You'll focus on both business development and the retention of our existing customer base through both inbound and outbound call streams offering our customers a range of solutions to best suit their needs and to ensure they continue to use our services. This position provides an excellent platform to build extensive relationships across the business as well as a stepping stone to progress into other business areas including: sales, operations, commercial funding and credit management.

Internal Sales has the opportunity to be the customers’ channel of choice by our contact with customers. Through our unique understanding of our customers’ needs and our thoughtful approach, we acquire new and retain existing customers for the BMW Group. Working as Internal Sales Advisor, your role will be to facilitate this opportunity by managing new business leads from Refinance of Group brands to Alphera non branded direct sales, whilst always conscious of our influence on new car sales. In order to achieve this, you will be forward thinking and organised, able to challenge conventional methods together with the ability to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

You should have:

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English with an articulate telephone manner.

• Proven success and experience as a telephone based B2C sales advisor

• Motivated to provide exceptional customer services combined with a tenacious and results orientated approach

• Team player

• Experience of automotive finance or financial services preferred

• Knowledge of FCA and TCF regulations desirable

• Grade C/ 4 GCSE and above for both English and Mathematics

The successful candidate will be given comprehensive training and development on our telephony based systems, SAF and 'on the job' shadowing.

Please state in your application as to if your preference is for full-time or part-time hours. If applying for this role on a part time basis we would require applicants to be able to work until 6pm and all applicants to be available to work some Saturdays.
