We are now looking for Support Workers to join our team in Redhill to work with female adults who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge.

You don’t need experience as full training is provided, and you will work with a local team who will guide you from day one.

Due to the needs of this service it is essential for the successful applicant to hold a full valid UK driving licence and to have access to their own vehicle.

What we offer you

Avenues is a specialist provider of social care, supporting disabled people with complex needs to enjoy life and we would love you to become part of our teams.

Working shifts; Monday to Sunday on a 7 day rota covering usually early mornings, late and night shifts.

Our pay is £16,650 per annum (pro rata) + benefits.

In addition we offer a range of benefits including;

  • The ability to increase your salary by working overtime at an enhanced rate
