Business Performance Improvement (BPI) is a key team within Atos Consulting, specialising in navigating our clients through the complexities and interdependencies that characterise transformational programmes.

The Digital Process Excellence group works with clients to design, support & enhance critical business processes and manage the implementation of those solutions.

This is a role available UK Wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid collaboration between business and technical teams by understanding the language of consulting (business drivers, process), design (user-centric experience design), and technology
  • Proven ability to be a valuable member of work-streams, manage client expectations, effective delivery and communications skills, able to identify project risks and mitigation actions;
  • Provide analysis and advice during the requirements definition process. Ability to systematically gather business, process, system requirements.
  • Analyse and offer recommendations on business process management based on experience and best practices and demonstrate business and technical knowledge

Essential criteria:

  • Consultants with process improvement knowledge
  • Able to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, stakeholder management should be second nature to you
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present your ideas and solutions is essential
  • Strong academic and continuing professional development record, ideally including good degree or management qualification;
  • Relevant experience in process and business improvement of projects , ideally with blue chip and/or consultancy background
  • Knowledge of best practice process and business improvement methodologies i.e. Lean, Six Sigma etc.. Waterfall and Agile methodology
  • Business improvement track record including experience of project life cycle from requirements garhering and diagnostic, to 'to be' design and implementation

Desirable criteria:

  • Any of the following software experience: Bigazi, IBM, Oracle, Pega
