Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and ongoing management of SMI with Sprinklr: tagging campaigns on Sprinklr as indicated by the brand teams and define at the brief.
  • Bespoke dashboards should be created by Dentsu and repurposed to multiple brands .
  • Media optimisation : Dentsu to define automation rules at the brief to ensure automation can support manual work 24/7
  • Dentsu to retro-tag when published natively. Tracking of campaigns if/where not possible and Diageo informed
  • Social insights via Sprinklr tagging to be embedded on PCA learnings.
  • Social Reports – To be shared fortnightly for each brand covering all posts over that period with key learnings to be applied to future posts
  • If campaign has more than 3 posts per week – weekly report is provided
  • If Campaign runs for more than 3 days – optimisation report is provided

  • Reports should be provided straightaway via sprinklr automatic reports; daily and weekly automatic reports to be set

  • Media optimisation : Dentsu to define automation rules at the brief to ensure automation can support manual work 24/7
  • Optimisation Framework to be evolved - On-going optimisation of campaigns in response to briefed KPIs with any flags relating to budgets, tracking to target performance, messaging adaptation, audience tailoring, topical opportunities, etc. highlighted to Dentsu Diageo teams promptly for client input
  • Optimization activity is limited based on flight dates. All dates to be agreed with CMF team. All automated rules to be identified at time of response to briefs.
  • Sprinklr rules that can be assigned will be identified at point of social briefing.
  • Assisting with test and learn frameworks; Digital Catalyst, Innovation and Marketing Partners.
