About the Job

As our new Supply Chain Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our most important renovation projects for 2019. Your goal is to ensure on-time delivery of the projects with focus on costs and quality. You will be working in cross-functional teams with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Factories to ensure project deadlines are met.

Together with our factories, you define the optimal planning and take corrective actions to secure our stock levels and limit write offs. You will work on multiple projects at the same time for both the Netherlands and Belgium.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

· Create and maintain planning tools to follow-up the execution of innovations or renovations projects

· Manage inventory levels of finished goods and packaging of the renovated or to-be delisted items, in close cooperation with the factories and local teams

· Participate in multi-disciplinary teams

· Provide analyses to drive supply chain and business decisions / results

· Contribute to the realization of department and company targets, such as customer service level, minimizing write offs and excellent execution of projects

Next to the above mentioned, there will be as well some ad-hoc projects available that will depend on the timing of your internship.

About You

You are a Bachelor/Master student of Supply Chain Management or any other related studies with an analytical, energetic and positive mindset. You should be an open-minded person and eager to learn from experience. You also need to have good Excel skills as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. Furthermore, you should be resilient and have an eye-for-detail. As you will be working on different projects at the same time you should be result-oriented. Last but not least, you should maintain high standards, as well as dare to challenge the status quo.

There are also some hard requirements that you should consider:

· You need to be enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship

(if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch or Belgium university);

· You are fluent in English – oral and written, Dutch is considered as a plus;

· You can start in August 2019 for 6 months;

· You are able to work in Zoetermeer, Netherlands OR Brussels, Belgium
