As a Corporate Recruiter you play an essential role in fueling FrieslandCampina’s growth with extraordinary talent and are expected to be a seasoned professional with the capability of both filling needs for talent as well as acting as talent consultant to shape our future leadership capability. You focus specifically on the need for higher educated professionals. You will be working in a team of experienced Corporate Recruiters, while focusing on your discipline and stakeholders.

In this role you work directly and proactively with FrieslandCampina’s hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners on vacancies and talent projects within your discipline. You will implement talent strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool matching the companies and people management needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and finally hiring candidates. The focus will be on both finding the right internal and/or external candidates and efficiently leading the selection and hiring process.

This position requires an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and advanced analytics. You have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage your own time efficiently.

Within the Talent Acquisition team we are working with 20 colleagues on our company ambitions. Each Corporate Recruiter is responsible for his/her discipline such as Commercial, Finance, IT, HR, R&D, Supply Chain or Technology and contributes actively to continuously improving Talent Acquisition

Requirements

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:

  • Master degree, preferably Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or HR;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Consultant at a recruitment agency or HR Business Partner;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial;
  • Proven track record in the usage of social media and flexible in adapting this to optimize your sourcing strategies;
  • Team player, focus on continuous improvement, flexible, curious by nature;
