DESCRIPTION:

The Charlotte Tilbury Digital team currently has an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Coordinator, supporting the team across UK/ROW Trade, Content and the PurePlay business. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn and progress with daily operational, executional and reporting responsibilities. The role will report directly into the Ecommerce Assistant Manager for EMEA but support cross-functionally across key areas of the team.

Reporting

  • Assist the Ecommerce Regional Managers with analysing weekly website KPI’s such as CVR, AOV, sessions and new vs. returning customers using Google Analytics and in-house reports
  • Partner with the current Ecommerce Coordinator on creating NPD trackers for all new launches, updating twice weekly for all relevant markets. Feedback any key findings to wider teams, providing actionable recommendations
  • Track performance of all AOV initiatives on CT.com for EMEA and APAC - sharing analysis with wider team
  • Partner with the current Ecommerce Coordinators to support the Ecommerce Regional Managers in weekly and monthly reporting
  • Monitor best-selling products on EMEA & APAC websites as well as anomalies across our product portfolio
  • Track sample usage on a monthly basis, reporting back to regional Ecommerce Regional Mangers with any findings / recommendations
  • Own traffic referral report for EMEA / APAC providing insights for PR on top media traffic referrals
  • Complete detailed market research for brands and retailers operating in EMEA / APAC on a bi-weekly basis, to provide recommendations to aid strategic planning

Trade Activity

  • Partner with the current Ecommerce Coordinators to maintain the Global and Regional Trade calendars, ensuring all new launches and promotions are visible to the wider Digital team
  • Complete relevant internal briefs for all trade plans as instructed by Ecommerce Regional Managers
  • Following approval and brief creation execute all ecommerce initiatives as per the trade plan. Complete end-to-end testing in a timely manner before launch
  • Assist Ecommerce Regional Managers for EMEA & APAC with key projects in line with global Ecommerce strategy
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure all PurePlay PO’s are fulfilled accurately, especially on those containing product for new launches

Product Launches

  • Work cross functionally to facilitate the successful launch of all new products on the EMEA & APAC websites, ensuring that copy, imagery and video assets are delivered to the Ecommerce Trade Team within set deadlines
  • Upload all new products to Elastic Path based on the product forms provided by the Ecommerce team in a timely manner. This will include the creation of products, placing test orders and uploading all imagery and copy
  • Assist on all parts of a product launch with PurePlay partners – from NLF’s to site merchandising, to gifting retailers and briefing content.

Site Maintenance

  • Work with UK, US & CA team members to execute CT.com product launches – from PDP creation to page redirects
  • Under the supervision of the relevant Ecommerce Regional Managers utilise daily website analytics to regularly remerchandise the product assortment on the websites for the biggest commercial gains for each market
  • Update relevant sections of website on a weekly basis based on trade plans
  • Continuously monitor and test the websites’ functionality to identify any issues and work closely with the tech department to rectify as quickly as possible with minimal impact to the customer experience / revenue. Raise tickets immediately when issues arise and resolve in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular audits of product, content, customer care and shipping pages to ensure there are no discrepancies and there is consistent messaging across the site. This includes updating terms & conditions for all departments, stockists and shipping information as well as updating all copy, imagery and video as requested
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure optimum stock levels are always maintained and any OOS/at risk stock is managed effectively, as well as communicated to wider Digital team
  • Be the day-to-day contact for the Customer Service team for all EMEA & APAC on-site inquiries. Following feedback, make any necessary amendments to product merchandising, assortment, copy or imagery online in partnership with relevant teams
  • Support the Ecommerce team in the rollout of new regional/country sites on Elastic Path, working closely with the Tech team for end-to-end testing.
  • Work with the trade team to regionalise content and product information in new territories
  • Monitor on-site search usage and merchandise results pages as necessary.
  • Communicate any discontinued URLs with SEO Team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to degree level
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and be able to continually adapt
  • Demonstrate both a creative and commercial mind-set
  • Demonstrate numerical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise e-commerce platforms
  • Have excellent communication skills and an eagerness to work collaboratively across departments and functions
  • Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organisation and able to develop strong working relationships across the brand
  • Be highly organised and pro-active with strong attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of all daily operations
  • Can prioritise tasks, use initiative and self-time management
  • Be reliable, passionate and willing to think limitless
  • Be eager to learn and value self-development
  • Experience with Google Analytics is desirable
  • Experience with Looker is a plus
  • Experience working within Ecommerce and/or beauty industry is desirable
