Position Summary
Working alongside various other stakeholders and peers to achieve the set sales targets for Samsung KX. The role includes: the establishment and maintenance of sales operations procedures to improve efficiency, provide potential cost savings, and increase sales.
Supporting the finance and operations team this role is responsible for the Samsung KX sales targets and end of end consumer journey.
- Support to meet and exceed agreed financial targets (sales volume, value, ASP) for Samsung KX.
- Support in developing quarterly, monthly and weekly stock forecast plans (alongside online commercial team, operations and finance).
- Support in the development of consumer propositions bespoke to Samsung KX (alongside online commercial team, operations and finance).
- Support in the management of stock allocations with Samsung KX Operations Manager.
- Manage Samsung KX catalogue management.
- Grow and maintain relationships across the SEUK business to achieve set goals (Online team, KX Operations, KX Marketing etc).
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Work with e-store online commercial team and product managers to build quarterly plans
- Work with marketing team to align commercial road map with marketing activity
- Support in submittng propositions to e-store finance team for financial feasibility sign off
- Support to submit stock forecasts for all product types
- Communication to store for all price/promotional changes
- Input all SKU details to ensure online platform catalogue is maintained and updated when required
- Work with pricing teams to ensure correct pricing in-house finance system
- Manage allocation of stock in/out of logistics warehouse
- Ensure all in store retail display units are reworked with relevant retail modes (in Warehouse)
- Manage stock holding for Kings Cross (ideally no more than 4 weeks)
- Kings Cross catalogue management in online platform
- Push adhoc manual updates from online platform to mobile point of sale (MPOS)
- Promotions management and setup
- Production registration on 3rd party system
- Point of contact between e-store finance teams and KX
