Your Programme

You will join a formal Rotational Graduate Programme, and over the first 3 years you will undertake up to six, 6-month placements, working across the business and with colleagues of all levels, gaining a valuable insight into a fast-paced business area. 

For our 2019 intake, we are looking for talented graduates who have a passion for advancing their career within wealth management. Our General Management Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to work within a wide variety of departments across the entire business, and your journey could take you forward to career opportunities in Corporate Strategy, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, Investment Management, HR, Risk, and Technology Services, to name just a few.

If you have a specific interest in directing your career within Investment Management, then joining our growing Investment Division will provide you with the opportunity to rotate across the different teams working with talented employees on a variety of investment-related areas of our business.  It could see your career taking you towards working in Investments in a variety of different roles.

About You

We are looking for graduates with great communication skills who are able to balance personal confidence and ambition with teamwork and humility.  You will have a professional, positive and conscientious attitude, and be looking to develop your knowledge and drive your career.  You will need to have achieved at least 120 UCAS points in your A Level results and be on track, or have achieved at least a 2.1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
