We are looking for a Critical Services Zonal manager who will have oversight of all critical services including on the day performance & safety. You will be responsible for all third party performance on the day including escalation to resolve issues in the moment and be able to prioritise when faced with multiple issues that require in the moment resource solutions.

You will play an active role in operational decision making in the Heathrow Management Centre and inspire and lead your operational zonal team to deliver critical services to our customers everyday with a safety first mindset.

This is a part-time role - 18.75 a week
