As the Partnership Support Manager, you will support and train on SJP processes and systems to New Partners, Advisers, Academy and Partner Support Specialists.

The role is an integral part of the New Joiner/Academy/PSS experience, it allows individuals to get up and running as quickly as possible and provides interventions which positively impact on productivity, retention and business quality.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

• Provide face to face and remote guidance on business processing and submission using iBusiness.

• Ensure understanding of systems such as EBS/Solution Builder/Mortgage Brain and PROMS.

• Work in conjunction with Acquisition, Transition, Academy, PSS and Field Management Teams.

• Conduct PSS Introductory calls.

• Present PSS Webinars.

• Run Academy Workshops and Surgeries.

• Run PSS Workshops and Training Sessions.

• Support QoD Objectives.

• Maintain end to end process guides.

• Good Diary Management and Time Management skills.
