What you’ll be doing

World-leading products simply wouldn’t exist if we didn’t have the people to invent them. To develop them. To support them. To bring them to our customers, globally. And that’s why HR is so fundamental to our success. This is the team that makes sure we have the right people, in the right places, doing the right things in the right way. Join us on a Human Resources internship, and you’ll help to make sure our workforce is always ready for the next challenge, whilst helping to enable our employees to be at their best.

Our global success depends on our ability to be flexible, responsive and ready for the next challenge. That’s why we depend so much on our dynamic HR team. Join us for 10 weeks or 12 months and see for yourself what it takes to support our global business operationally and through the delivery of key projects.

Mentored by HR professionals and with personalised coaching from one of our high-performing graduates, you’ll gain an understanding of everything from employee engagement, business change, talent management and leadership development to reward and employee relations. You’ll be a true part of the team; getting involved in challenging projects and testing your abilities as you develop a host of new skills.

We often offer exceptional interns the chance to join our graduate programme so this is your opportunity to impress and start the path to a great career with us.

What we’re looking for

  • Leadership potential
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Natural problem solvers
  • Flexibility on location
