DESCRIPTION

SuperAwesome is making the internet safe for kids, we create amazing products and services that help businesses interact with children online. Our technology is amazing but we need great people to help our clients get the most from it. That's where our Account Management team come in. You'll be working with internal and external stakeholders, giving them the best strategic and tactical digital media advice in the sector.

You will have the opportunity to work with the top kid brands and content owners while managing a range of accounts on a day to day basis. Autonomy is a key focus for us, and whilst you will have the support of your amazing team, we'll trust you to manage your accounts and daily tasks. You'll be a natural rapport builder and we'll give you the tools to get the very best out of the relationships that you create.

Account Management is a team that works with almost all other areas of the business. Your contact with our clients is a valuable source of feedback and this means that you'll see your suggestions and ideas come to life as our products evolve.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 2 years experience working in digital advertising (ideally media agency)
  • Demonstrable experience with various ad servers and reporting platforms (good knowledge of third party tags and vendors, understanding of brand verification partners)
  • Manage portfolio of clients/accounts - develop, maintain and expand positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients
  • Generate repeat & incremental business, acting as point of contact for all upcoming and live campaigns
  • Ensuring expertise, excellence and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery: client management, briefing designers, creative and development, ad ops, performance monitoring & optimisation, and reporting
  • Strategically counsel clients; develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs and targets
  • Financial planning against campaigns, including campaign budget, resource management, reporting and forecasting
  • Campaign optimization
  • Reporting and case study creation showcase and share expertise within the Account Management and wider SA Global team
  • Proactively identify new initiatives and tools to increase client excellence
  • If you spoke German or French, that would be a real benefit to this role.
