Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst

In order to push for further growth, Helloprint has recently added a Sales component to our E-commerce business model. We are now looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, who understands the nuts-and-bolts of a Sales machine and will be acting as the ‘backbone’ of our Sales organisation.

As the Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will leverage data & technology to support the company-wide Sales organisation. This means that you will guide our Sales teams in building and executing strong sales processes. You will develop sales strategies and experiments based on data and you will validate them yourself with the Sales teams. You ensure that winning tactics are being embedded in our CRM system, process flows, way of working and documentation.

You will work from our HQ in Rotterdam where you are part of our central Strategy & Business Development team. In the Rotterdam office, you will work closely together with the NL/BE Country Teams and have a close connection to our BI team. When necessary, you travel to our Country Teams in Valencia, Liverpool and Turin to implement and improve sales strategies directly in the teams there.

What you do

  • Developing a consistent and data-driven Sales approach over all countries;
  • Developing Sales strategies for customer development, onboarding and resurrection;
  • Working directly in our Sales Teams to test, implement and review Sales strategies;
  • Creating onboarding and training materials for Sales teams;
  • Guiding Country Managers with the development and steering of their Sales teams;
  • Developing Helloprint’s implementation of Salesforce and underlying CRM data model;
  • Improving Sales Performance reporting and developing an incentivisation programme;
  • Evolving Sales at Helloprint towards a mature acquisition and retention channel.

What we are looking for

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations development;
  • You preferably have experience with Salesforce (CRM) customisation;
  • You are performance driven, curious and like to let the data speak;
  • You have a no-nonsense and pragmatic attitude and can convince others with data-driven argumentation;
  • You are an inspirational team player, capable of giving constructive feedback;
  • You work in a structured way and you pay attention to detail;
  • You have a work hard, play hard mentality;
  • You have affinity with digital marketing and e-commerce.
