Becoming a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor with Capita Customer Management:

In Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, on this occasion we are looking for German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our busy team working on behalf of Marks & Spencer!

What you will do:

  • Provide a first-class customer service; taking calls, web chats and answering online enquiries
  • Provide a ‘right first time’ service ensuring that the customer’s query is dealt with in their first interaction with the business
  • Demonstrate the values of the company that you work for in all interactions with their customers
  • Update company systems to ensure an accurate record of the customer’s query and the resolution

Your experience will include:

  • Fluent in German; both written and verbal
  • A confident and friendly telephone manner
  • A real desire to provide a high level of customer service
  • Ideally you will have some experience in customer service however this is not essential
