We are an aspiring organisation, and we are looking for equally bold and creative Industrial Placements to join our dynamic Finance team. Nissan is positioned to become the most desirable Asian brand in Europe, and we need your help to get there.


We are seeking for a candidate to be based at Nissan Technical Centre Europe, Cranfield to utilise data from our Customers to improve our products and experience, from initial concept stage right through to the market.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

On joining the Company, you will be assigned to the Finance team supporting our R&D group, whose responsibility is the design and development of vehicle systems and components for new and existing Nissan models.

Based in Cranfield, the finance team supports Spain, Russia, Belgium and Germany.

  • You will be involved with the following:
  • Monthly account preparation
  • Chairing and holding regular reviews with all parts of the business
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Fixed Asset management
  • Maintenance and development of controls
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Background and Experience

  • 2nd year student, currently studying a relevant degree that allows you to partake in an industrial placement year
  • High level of PC knowledge
  • Advanced numerical skills
