Are you a determined, enthusiastic, friendly automotive Engineer with an interest in customer satisfaction and quality? If so, Nissan are looking for a passionate Engineer to join Nissan Technical Centre Europe (Cranfield, Bedfordshire) in the head office for Nissan’s Total Customer Satisfaction operations in Europe. You will be gathering, organising, analysing and investigating market information (technical concerns) to prepare projects for Design and Plant countermeasure action.

Background & Experience

  • Self-motivated with project management abilities
  • Experience of concern investigation and reporting
  • Able to work cross functionally and adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Ideally educated to degree level, or have completed an apprenticeship in an automotive environment
  • Experience in product information, warranty, or design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
