Discovered offers creative artisans in emerging countries a platform to connect directly to global customers. By selling their handmade & unique products, they can grow their own businesses. We are a start-up based in The Hague, the Netherlands. We have a great team working from our office in The Hague.
We are growing and are looking for a great (full stack) developer to join our team in the Caballero Fabriek in The Hague, the Netherlands. We currently have people working on front-end development, new feature development and improvements & maintenance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The core platform is written in Ruby (on Rails) with Javascript on the front end. As a full stack developer at Discovered you’ll be engineering new features, maintaining & improving existing ones and making sure the entire application runs smooth, fast and stable. We will also be looking to break our platform up in microservices in the near future.

It’s not necessary to have extended experience in any or all of the techniques and languages we use. As long as you’re eager to learn you should be fine.
