What you will do

The Commercial Operations team provides administrative & analytical support and oversight to our Cluster & Category teams in order to evolve commercial effectiveness & operational efficiencies and develop our quality management.

As part of the Commercial Operations team, the Junior Reporting Analyst will support team goals by providing and maintaining data insights. And you will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, identifying day-to-day opportunities to empower our category teams operationalise these data insights.

Further you’ll help the Operations team implementing new initiatives and enhancing existing processes with an increasing focus on quality management.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Commercial Operations Manager to define, create and maintain standard operational reports & dashboards
  • Work closely with BI team to support category teams with ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Create documentation and support in rolling out trainings towards cluster and category teams to embed standard reports into daily operations
  • Support quarterly supply planning process by managing & updating key planning reports
  • Manage quarterly bonus process for commercial teams
  • Coordinate monthly commission and seller- rebate processes in liaison with Finance
  • Build good understanding of the day-to-day support the Commercial Operations team provides and act as a backup for your team members

Who are you

  • You are a fresh graduate with affinity for data analysis
  • You have some experience using formulas to build reports in Excel or Google spreadsheets
  • You have first experience in SQL and are eager to learn master both, advanced spreadsheets & SQL
  • Well organised and structured way of working
  • Excellent English communication skills
