What we are looking for:

For our new Business Development team in Hoofddorp, we are looking for an ambitious Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative. This entry level position is your kickstart to your international sales career in the enterprise software industry, as we provide training & mentorship to support and accelerate your growth.

In this role, you will be on the front line, generating and nurturing new business and setting up appointments for Account Executives through call and email campaigns, social selling, and warm inbound leads. You will be targeting executive and other decision-making professionals from top organizations across Europe. As you grow to understand your industry and solution set, your involvement and responsibility in the sales process will increase, giving you the skills and knowledge to develop into your next role, whether it be with the field sales team, or one of our other customer-facing teams.

This position initially reports directly to the Global Director of Business Development and will be located in Accruent’s International office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Generate new sales opportunities via telephone prospecting.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and outbound call quotas.
  • Probe for prospect need via phone and web research.
  • Set prospect appointments for Account Executives.
  • Accurately document details of identified opportunities for timely follow up on leads.
  • Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities.
  • Strive for self-improvement and possess the curiosity to stay abreast of industry and market trends by utilizing various research organizations, sales books, and collateral.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong story teller
  • Drive to prospect for new business with a high level of activity
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • An energetic and positive personality with curiosity to learn and grow.
  • A passion for winning and a desire for a career in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred skills/experience:

  • Consultative B2B sales experience
  • High contact retail, restaurant or other customer service experience
