Our Supply Chain organization is experiencing enormous growth. In the first quarter of this year alone we opened two new Distribution Centers, bringing the total to 7 DC’s in 7 countries. We are looking for an HR Advisor who is ready to take on the challenge to manage this significant growth and increasing complexity from a people perspective. Are you the person for the job?
What are the main responsibilities?
As an HR advisor you continuously advise your line managers on various HR topics; Recruitment and Selection, talent development, optimal staffing, absenteeism, performance management, embedding HR processes, systems and policies that contribute to the growth of our people and our organization.
You will support the business from a tactical perspective by contributing to the development of the central Supply Chain team and by ensuring the implementation and assessment of the HR Supply Chain plan/budget.
By establishing yourself as the first point of contact for HR related issues for the supply chain function you will be able to provide (pro-active) support to the central team on HR related topics. You will issue advise, both per request and according to your own insights, coach and develop your colleagues in scope, monitor the proper implementation of HR policies in accordance with laws and regulations.
You will also play a key role in establishing the personal Development Plans based on Talent management information and Performance Management discussions. Together with the Learning and Development function you will create and follow up on a training approach for the Supply Chain employees.
Next to this you will also provide reports regarding the HR development of the Supply Chain function, ensuring the business has all the information to make informed decisions. By generating these reports you will also be able to use the information to adapt or implement best practices in line with current legislations and larger strategies.
In addition to this you will play a pivotal in several key HR projects. By supporting Cross-functional projects you ensure that Supply Chain stays on track from a personnel perspective.
