You’ll work in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) as part of our local Research team. You’ll be part of our global Client Capability Network, which includes more than 1,200 knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
When you join McKinsey as a Research Analyst, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development.
In this role, you will support teams in helping leading organizations from around the world in the private, public, and social sectors solve their most difficult issues. You will find yourself in an international, dynamic work environment with many learning and personal development opportunities.
You will leverage a solid understanding of business trends, issues, and concepts. This will be combined with your strong analytical abilities, allowing you to efficiently respond to complex research questions by delivering synthesized, actionable facts and insights on the Dutch market to our consulting teams and clients locally and globally.
In time, you will also participate in, and eventually lead, internal knowledge development and capability-building initiatives.
Day-to-day tasks may include a variety of analyses, such as benchmarking, trend identification, industry profiling, market sizing, growth projections, and opportunity scanning. Typical end products are PowerPoint documents, written memos, models in Excel, and frameworks.
There is flexibility to hire at either the Junior Research Analyst or Research Analyst level, depending on the qualifications of the candidate.
