There is an exciting opportunity to join one of Britain’s leading housebuilders. Bellway Homes is looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager to join the construction team.

As Construction Project Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the total performance of each of the construction teams’ responsibility to produce a quality product in a safe environment, in accordance with the build plan and within budget. As part of this role you will motivate, support and manage Site Managers, by providing training, coaching and support as required in order to improve performance. Other duties include; regularly visiting sites, inspecting the quality of the build process, ensuring costs are controlled efficiently and providing regular reports and escalating any issues accordingly.

We are keen to hear from experienced Site Managers or existing Contracts / Construction Project Managers with a wide-ranging understanding and experience of housebuilding and experience of managing people. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate good attention to detail as well as a passion for delivering excellent health and safety standards and customer care. All applicants should hold a current full driving licence.
