With a focus on content marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring marketer who wants to develop their career in an innovative, global law firm. Working within a fast-paced marketing and communications team, you will help to promote Kennedys as the go-to firm for straightforward, expert legal advice. From assisting with the production and marketing of hot-topic publications and guides, to web content management and e-marketing activities, you will work on high-profile integrated marketing campaigns, using the full marketing mix.

Purpose:

  • To assist with the production of high quality marketing deliverables that support the firm’s international growth ambition and its clients and markets, including thought leadership, e-marketing, client facing reports and publications.
  • The role also has a focus on producing high quality digital and offline communications materials for marketing/BD purposes such as brochures, newsletters, teamsheets, factsheets and advertising.
  • You will also assist in the coordination of approximately 80 annual legal directory submissions for Legal 500 UK, Chambers UK, ensuring best practice is shared, and directory submissions are embedded into the firm's business development processes.

Essential

  • Strong multi-tasker, with ability to juggle various jobs at any given time and prioritise accordingly.
  • Extremely well-organised, self-starter, practical, determined.
  • Creative approach to meeting challenges and opportunities.
  • A fast learner with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adhere to Kennedys’ core values through working relationships, attitude and behaviour.
  • Excellent MS Office capabilities, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong proof reading skills.

Desirable

  • Professional services or financial services experience.
  • Experience of using web content management systems (CMS).
  • Additional knowledge of client management systems such as InterAction.
  • Desktop publishing (DTP) experience/skills, allied with a particular interest in design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat an advantage.
