Your challenge as an intern talent acquisition specialist

Together with colleagues from Invent’s recruitment team, you are responsible for carrying out various tasks in order to contribute to a sustainable inflow of suitable candidates. By collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders you have an integral part of helping us grow. One day you could be going through CVs and reviewing candidates, or you could be using different channels such as LinkedIn to find suitable candidates, and another day you could be busy marketing and organizing an upcoming recruitment event.

As an intern you would:

  • Take the lead in finding innovative ways to attract and find candidates;
  • Organize the process from application to assessment and interview;
  • Carry out administrative tasks in different software applications;
  • Play an active role in HR marketing by gathering and creating content;
  • Organize recruitment events in collaboration with consultants and others.

What you bring

Capgemini Invent is growing and therefore looking for interns with a passion for helping candidates with an important phase in their life; the next step in their career. You enjoy working in a team and absorb new information quickly and apply this affectively. By nature, you are entrepreneurial-minded and not afraid to take initiative.

You are:

  • In your last phase of a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or similar;
  • Internship availability for at least 5 months with a minimum of 4 days per week;
  • Experience in HR or Recruitment is a plus;
  • (Digital/Social Media) marketing experience is considered a plus;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken (B2).
