Are you a (graduate) student, passionate about and organizational development and looking for an experience in an international environment? Do you want to be part of a great company and experience what it is like to work in an international environment?

The position for the role of Intern Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at the Corporate Office is now available a.s.a.p for the duration of about 6 months. You will be working together with the People Development Team in creating, organizing and implementing organizational development initiatives. You will also support the Global Talent Acquisition team in enabling the business to develop their employees.

Besides working on various Talent Acquisition related projects in different fields of interest (e.g. Employer Branding (video’s), Assessments, Tech Events, Fun@work program, International Talent Hubs,, you also experience a close connection to the business; giving you the best overall experience of Talent Acquisition at a Corporate Office. A function with adventure in itself.

Please note that all interns must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship. You will need to provide a proof of enrolment with your application. Applications without this will not be considered.

Your responsibilities

In this internship you will be responsible for:

  • Together with the Talent Acquisition Team, you initiate, create and implement new ideas of how to support Heineken Corporate Offfice in their quest to become & remain a Top-Employer and a fun place to work.
  • Drive the ‘Fun Place to Work’ agenda;
  • Participating in projects within a wide scope of Talent Acquisition e.g. Global Employer Branding, organizing events, shooting video’s, explore new tooling, Data & recruitment.
  • Actively seeks collaborations with other Heineken departments such as the Heineken Global Sponsorship team (e.g. Formula 1, Rugby and Champions League), HR, Commerce and Supply Chain and more to support your quest.

Your profile

You are a student at Bachelor/WO/Master level in a relevant field of study, such as HR, Digital Marketing, Hospitality management, Organizational development, or Business administration etc.

  • Passionate about People, Hospitality, Employer Branding and Organizational Development and has knowledge on these topics.
  • A pragmatic person with a can-do and hands-on mentality
  • Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal
  • A pragmatic approach with a can-do mentality
  • Flexibility in being able to prioritize tasks/projects, and is aware of stakeholder management
  • Interest in an International environment that is ad-hoc and is the hub of a multinational organization
  • A creative open mind and some foosball skills would be great J
