The Inside Sales Development Representative role:

As an Inside Sales Development Representative, your main goal is to qualify inbound & outbound leads and to schedule meetings with prospects for your Field Sales colleagues. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable with following-up on cold & warm leads by phone, working closely with Field Sales colleagues, generating interest, qualifying prospects and ensuring the growth of Relay42’s sales pipeline.

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate leads coming from inbound & outbound activities such as LinkedIn networking and (cold) calling
  • Book meetings for Sales colleagues
  • Engage with the prospects to trigger their interest in continuing the conversation
  • Communicate and hand over leads to the Field Sales colleagues for further development and closure
  • The Inside Sales Development Representative will be targeting enterprise and mid-market prospects across Europe in different industries
  • The Inside Sales Development Representative will ensure the growth of Relay42’s sales pipeline 

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate is extremely result driven, enthusiastic and can source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads and is not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls. Also has: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and one other language
  • Affinity with the digital marketing domain
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent
