How’s it structured?
There are lots of choices for where your career can develop during our Restructuring programme, so we’ll give you all the help you need to decide which path is right for you. First things first, we’ll bring you up-to-speed through a company induction and then you’ll join your team. As well as getting to work on real client projects, you may start studying for a professional qualification with ICAS or a similar institute and may also get the chance to travel for projects and take part in internal training sessions.
As you progress through the programme, you’ll take on more responsibilities, broadening your transactions knowledge, sector understanding and professional skills. And, if you’ve done a good job you may find yourself promoted by the time the programme’s finished.
