To support us on our journey we’re looking to hire a Team Assistant into our Partnerships team.

Role Purpose:

The Partnerships Team Assistant role represents a fun and challenging opportunity to co-ordinate and support the daily activities of a busy, growing team, as well as oversee day to day running of broad affiliate program The role would suit a dynamic, numerate and detail-oriented school-leaver, graduate or second-jobber looking to take on tasks and responsibilities with a broad remit to assist the smooth running of all our client-facing activities, providing the successful candidate with a wide range of experience within a young, forward-thinking company during a very exciting new phase of its journey.

Examples of Key Responsibilities:

  • Bespoke reporting to Partners
  • Assisting in cover for other commercial teams i.e expenses/travel
  • White labels assisting in RM reporting collating docs
  • Liaise with Partners to ensure efficient running of their affiliate program
  • Work closely with marketing to execute centralized communication campaigns for low yield partners
  • Day to day oversight of low yield partners
  • Opening all partnership accounts, recording all required documentation accurately
  • Database management; ensure all clients are correctly uploaded and tagged
  • Management of all contracts and NDAs
  • Management of partner incentive schemes
  • Process and pay commission to our partners worldwide
  • Management of client gifting, including maintaining and updating key dates on calendar
  • Manage new IT and Business Change requests for team
  • Reporting internal figures to the team and recording desk figures for weekly/monthly/ongoing reporting
  • Supporting management and colleagues where required with larger ongoing projects
  • Maintaining and updating desk training documents, as well as updating Partnership process
  • Overseeing induction of new team members (seating plan/arranging shadowing sessions)
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, circulating agendas and minutes
  • Travel coordination for a busy team, as well as compilation and management of team expenses

Key Capabilities:

  • Well organised, strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong data analytical skill set
  • Experience managing customers/stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Computer literate; confident user of Microsoft suite
  • Articulate; excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and creativity
