Fujitsu’s Graduate Program is a challenging, 24-month, modular development program. In two years we will train and support you to become the best in your respective field. Besides your day-to-day activities you will visit different Fujitsu offices throughout Europe to meet and work with other Graduates. During these visits you will be trained in key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, commercial awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. Sales Associate Graduate 

As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for presenting the capabilities and culture of Fujitsu in a consistent and accurate way. You will become a real ambassador for Fujitsu, helping to reach sales targets. You will gain the ability to offer innovative IT solutions to meet customer’s explicit needs whilst approaching every opportunity from their perspective. 

Sales roles involve support, management information, quoting, bid responses, customer presentations, forecasting, reporting, and learning the sales trade in a structured fashion, backed up with development plans that include shadowing of experienced sales staff.

Main focus in this role will be acquisition new accounts/prospects within specific market segments ie. Finance, Manufacturing, Public etc.

During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities. You will work as a team within a market segment and report to the Direct Sales Manager and will be actively coached.
