Description
As a Design Engineer within our New Product Innovation (NPI) team, you’ll create and develop innovative designs for Dyson’s future products. Your work will impact millions of consumers worldwide. We work in cross functional teams, so you’ll get to collaborate with people from other design backgrounds, Research Engineers and Scientists to produce new technologies and products for Dyson.
You will need to include portfolio with your application. We're keen to see more examples of your creativity and designs, either from university, industry or personal projects. In particular we are interested in innovative ideas and how you developed your concepts to solve a problem. Here at Dyson we regularly make prototypes or use drawings to develop an idea. We are keen to see how you have solved a problem using sketches, drawings, rigs, models or a portfolio

23 years ago, Dyson began with a single concept – a vacuum that wouldn’t lose suction. Years later and Dyson are still breaking convention, pushing into new areas of technology. Beyond the bagless vacuum cleaner, Dyson engineers have developed bladeless fans, high speed hand dryers, robot vacuums and have recently re-thought the hair dryer. Today Dyson invests £5m a week developing new technology and ideas.
