Job Purpose

The Account Manager (AM) will support the post-sales client lifecycle as it relates to on-boarding, client adoption / usage, and share of wallet expansion. They are responsible for client retention and the prevention of churn across our client base.

The CSAM manages the client experience across our client base, meeting agreed retention and usage targets. The AM is responsible for understanding the health of our clients, ensuring they grow into CCAS advocates.

This is the first AM role within CCAS, accordingly, this role will also support the initial implementation of the CCAS account management program across its expanding range of products.

The AM will initially be responsible for the account management of all clients and products, however, this will evolve as CCAS grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new account management program for CCAS. This will encompass a two-tiered approach, ('key accounts' and 'accounts').

• Work with the sales team (incl. operations), and technical support to facilitate a seamless client on-boarding, providing user training and set up assistance ensuring all users are active and getting value from CCAS products.

• Act as primary contact for all key accounts, resolving, delegating and escalating issues accordingly

• Conduct quarterly reviews onsite with key accounts

• Identify potential risks and issues within the accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them

• Closely monitor client health score to prevent potential churn risks

• Inform internal teams of client needs by providing feedback about product issues and possible product enhancements

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to build client testimonials and referrals

• Work closely with sales team and collaborate on CRM software

• Anticipate client requirements and possible challenges

• Become expert in the client organisations, developing the ability to identify new opportunities for CCAS

• Work with sales operations team to manage annual subscription process for subscription-based products with related client retention targets

• Analyse and monitor data related to product usage and account performance, anticipating client needs and identifying potential upsell opportunities generating leads for the sales team to pursue

• Maximise user adoption, ensure new users are trained and active on the products

• Support and drive product migrations
