Job Purpose:
A hybrid of internal and external activity aligned to power technology vendors. This role seeks to improve sales and effectiveness by developing relationships with key stakeholders and with internal sales teams. This position is responsible for growing market share and profitable growth within their aligned area.

There is an element of administration and analytics within this role; you will be responsible for reporting back to the vendor(s) and within the business on areas such as, sales out activity, performance tracking, revenues, deal pipeline and forecasting.
Development is key within our organisation. There will be support and training available to aid you to get the most out of your career at Tech Data. You will be responsible for owning your development and working in alignment with our core values.
What we require:
We are looking for a dynamic, customer centric and personable individual to join our established team of BDE’s. Priority management, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key to the success of this role. This is a “target led” position where targets will be set monthly/quarterly so tenacity, resilience and objection handling are crucial. You will need to be able to work collaboratively and independently to develop relationships with major stakeholders whilst demonstrating persuasion and influential. External travel (20%) to vendor or customers.
We require a minimum of 2 years working experience. Although it would be beneficial, this does not need to be within a sales environment.
Qualifications:
GCSE English and Math – level C / 4 or above
College / University qualification or equivalent experience
