Ultimately this role is about growing Conversion Rate, AOV and maximising key performance indicators that drive the purchase experience, by continuous test and improvement practices. The Kaizen way.

• You will be responsible for owning the CRO process and delivering continuous improvements to the Cult Beauty user experience. This will involve working with a 3rd party to rapidly rollout CRO tests and working with internal development teams when necessary to scope the build for successful tests.

• This role will curate an existing strategy/roadmap with our 3rd party, engage stakeholders across the team and work with marketing, technology, design, merchandising - to bring our testing strategy to life from idea to delivery.

• This role will report to the Performance Marketing Manager but will have regular communication with all key team members and will regularly feedback to and take questions from the leadership team.

• Great people skills and getting things done “with a smile on your face” will go a long way with this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work with our 3rd party CRO provider to rapidly and regularly deliver tests according to our CRO roadmap and strategy

• Implement and drive tactics that result in rapid improvements to KPI’s, including but not limited to Conversion Rate, AOV, email subscriber acquisitions and registrations Job title: Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive Department and location: Performance Marketing, HQ Direct reports (if applicable): Katie Karamannis 2

• Develop and implement reporting standards so that key metrics are recorded and embedded into our existing suite of management information systems

Skills required:

• A keen interest in CRO and personalisation platforms in a retail ecommerce environment; beauty industry experience highly regarded. Multi Brand experience will be a huge bonus.

• Highly numeric, analytical and outcomes focused, with a relentless pursuit of “anything can be better” … or the “kaizen way”

• Abreast of all industry developments and always looking for “the next best thing in CRO”

• Ability to work with design and UX teams, incorporating the aesthetics of the business, whilst producing UX and content that is not just functional ie. combine beauty and function

• Very detail-oriented, organised with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Bonus skills:

• Ideally: Proficient skills in JIRA/Teamwork (or similar)

• Web development

• Digital marketing

• Web technology/server skills

• Understanding of coding

• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, computer science or similar related field preferred but not essential.
