Job Description

The Security & Controls Associate Manager responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Security & Controls

  • Engaging with senior personnel throughout the European business to define clear roles and responsibilities in the ERP systems for their teams following the role base access (RBA) model.
  • Ensure the operation perform according internal control procedure on testing of key business process with high risk.
  • Coordinate Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflict management to ensure a minimum of conflicts in CS Comply or the available tool.
  • Monitors SOD conflicts on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate Periodic Access Reviews (PAR) for the different ERP Systems within Europe to ensure that the right people have the right access.
  • Monitors that new roles and access are granted following the RBA.
  • Identifies the single high risk transactions.
  • Perform regular business processes evaluation to ensure mitigating controls are effective and properly documented.
  • Ensure internal control documentation is maintained
  • Reviews our internal processes to ensure they are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
  • Ensure processes comply with Corporate policies and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Manage significant and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on interim and annual audits.
  • Ensure efficient implementation of corrective actions for issues identified in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Implement new procedures and re-engineer processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure processes meet business objectives as efficiently as possible.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Supports ad hoc activities and projects
