Looking for a role that is way more than just an internship? At Helloprint we're looking for an Italian-speaking Online Marketing Intern. 

You will work together with all different marketing teams in order to localise marketing campaigns, products, website and content for Italy. You'll also be working together with Team Seller Network to connect more sellers to our platform, with our Italian Customer Service Team in Valencia to give our customers the best service and with Team New Products to unlock maximum demand in Italy.

What you do

  • You improve our website and localise content; 
  • You create, analyse and optimise online marketing campaigns;
  • You work together with lots of different teams, for example to improve our Customer Service or to onboard more sellers to our platform;
  • Your other responsibilities really depend on your interests. There's work to be done on all sides of the business, so we'd like to match these responsibilities to your interests. 

What a regular day looks like

8:15 You are at the office early today and grab breakfast. Freshly prepared everyday by our Juffrouw Janny. You head over to your desk to tell your colleagues (and friends) about your weekend while you go through your email.  

9:00 As soon as you take place behind your workplace, you immediately check yesterday's results. Italy is growing nicely year-on-year, but of course you want it to grow even faster. You walk by the New Products Team to see which products they're adding this week and start localising the content immediately. 

11:00 Dylan, one of our Category Managers, asks you to look into the performance of Corporate Gifts. It's one of our fastest growing categories, but he sees a declining conversion rate in Italy. You check all of our competitors and see that one of them has launched some special deals. You go and talk to our Pricing Manager Ruben to see what we can do to be more competitive. 

12:00 Time for lunch! Together with your colleagues you enjoy the healthy lunch, fresh soup and a salad. Together with our Campaign Manager Laura you brainstorm about ideas for the upcoming Christmas season and how we can surprise our top Italian customers. 

14:00 Time to dive into our Search Advertising campaigns. Our account manager from Google has shared a list of keywords with you that we're not advertising on yet. Some of them are definitely relevant to our business, so you add them to our Google Ads account and use them to optimize the content on our website. 

17:00 Time for the weekly call with our Italian Customer Service Team in Valencia. The season is really kicking in now and they're super busy. You offer to help them out tomorrow by taking care of the on-site chat. 

What we are looking for

  • You are currently following a Bachelor or Master in (Technical) Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Econometrics, Psychology or any other relevant study; please note that being enrolled throughout the entire internship period is a hard requirement!
  • You are available full-time, for 5 or 6 months - we only do hands-on internships with Marketeers who are totally committed to the job. You can do your research with us, but writing your reports should happen during your own time;
  • You are native in Italian and speak and write English fluently; 
  • You always strive for more and better; you are always trying to be up to date and follow all online marketing trends, you keep developing yourself at all times;
  • You are “in it to win it”, you are performance-driven: always trying to outperform targets and expectations;
  • You have very strong communicative skills; you are not afraid to speak up, share your ideas and get other colleagues involved in your plans. You know how to build good arguments and defend them with solid evidence (data!);
  • You are an excellent collaborator; your KPI’s and success depend on working productively and collaborating with your team, department and other departments. We are looking for someone who has the ability to be strategic in inter-department collaborations;
  • Experience in the e-commerce world would be a huge plus!
