The Role

The role is based within our Lanark Agency.

With the support of NFU Mutual and NFU Scotland behind you, you will benefit from high retention rates and an established business within the local community.

Our ideal candidate will have a proactive, commercially astute approach to managing a business. You and your team will be working in partnership, selling NFU Mutual’s products, while championing Scottish farming and promoting NFU Scotland’s wide range of membership services. NFU Scotland provides unrivalled assistance to support farmers, growers and champions Scottish Farming. You will be a key member of the local community and the point of contact for advice, expertise and help.

With this combination we would expect by the end of your first year that your commission income would be up to £40,000. However, it does not stop there, as your income will grow as you develop and expand your agency.
