We are seeking a Project Controls Manager working under the direction of the Project Director to ensure that the commercial planning and risk management of the allocated projects are carried out to optimise sustainable business profitability. As the main Data Centre sites are based in mainland Europe & Ireland, some travel will be involved as this will give a strong oversight of the projects

The exciting opportunity: We are currently looking for principal / associate level consultants to join our Business Transformation team taking on account lead / client development opportunities, with a focus of managing priority clients and campaigns to deliver growth though exceptional client relationships. As a business transformation consultant, you will take on a dynamic role which you can make your own, creating and delivering outstanding customer-centric solutions that inspire and unlock value.

Key duties include:

•Developing and growing high margin, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements and expand our footprint within the client organisations through strong client relationships and driving exceptional client experience

•Proactively engaging with the Arcadis Account / Sector leadership to bring thought leadership and insight to support account and sector growth

•Working with the Service capability communities and proposition leaders to develop value propositions to respond to client specific needs

•Owning and driving the revenue target for the account ensuring quality of earnings, commercial and governance excellence

•Leading major commissions or providing oversight for multiple commissions across the account, dependant on scale

•Responsibility for account planning, sales excellence, commercial acumen and governance

•Ensuring cross sector / clients knowledge sharing

•Expanding existing commissions, selling other Arcadis services / capabilities and maximising the commercial position across the account

•Ensuring exemplar people leadership; creating followship, inspiring and motivating people on accounts through deed as well as word

•Ensuring the wellbeing and mental health of the teamAll office locations will be considered as long as you are willing to travel and stay away mid-week as required based on client and project needs.

About you The team is recognised in the market for the quality of its people. Whether you come from a built asset or consulting background, you will have a proven track record in nurturing and growing client accounts through exemplar client engagement and relationship development. You will also be a problem solving and output thinking individual who understands client’s business need and is able to deliver solutions, constantly connecting to the bigger picture. You will have also have:demonstratable experience of delivering successful programmes with a focus on strategy, change management, business improvement or business efficienciesexperience of delivering consulting type commissions within at least one our priority sectors: Water, Energy, Transport or Aviation
