The FT is proud to offer internships offering an insight into the world of journalism.

The work involved will be as varied as the news agenda, but we are looking for graduates who can be flexible enough to research and write their own stories in consultation with editors, assist senior correspondents with reporting, help with curation and take on digital projects that augment our coverage.

Other internships on offer include:

Three month placement on FT Weekend Magazine in partnership with Creative Access offers experience in magazine journalism for graduates.

One month internships on How to Spend It Magazine for school leavers and undergraduates with a passion and drive for magazine journalism.

One month placements on FT Video offers graduates the opportunity of hands-on-experience focusing on media management and production.

The Audience Engagement internship is for students or graduates with a proven interest in social media engagement and digital journalism. Knowledge of business, economics and financial markets is an advantage. Please apply via the FT's job portal.

The New York Audio internship, aimed at students and graduates with an interest in multimedia journalism and some experience in podcast production. Please apply via the FT’s jobs portal.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or for New York Office, the USA.
