As the affiliate manager - UK, your role within Kindred Group is to take ownership of the affiliate portfolio assigned to you, introduce new affiliates to the programme and work collaboratively with other Affiliate Managers, Team Leads and the Head of Affiliates.

Doing so successfully will ensure that the Kindred affiliates programme leads the way in terms of performance, reputation and integrity within Kindred Group and the online gaming affiliate space.

What you will do

  • Manage and expand the existing UK affiliate portfolio for all UK-facing Kindred Group brands
  • Regularly review affiliate acquisition activity to ensure it complies with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns to grow the UK affiliate portfolio
  • Monitor and analyse results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting to the UK Affiliates Lead and other members of Kindred Group as required
  • Provide timely and constructive responses to all inbound UK affiliate enquiries
  • Manage the monthly payment process for your UK affiliate portfolio and provide feedback on poorly performing accounts with suggestions about corrective actions to the UK Affiliates Lead
  • Help shape the affiliate budget for the UK with input from the local Country team, other affiliate team members and the UK Affiliates Lead
  • Monitor the marketing spend of individual affiliates and the UK affiliate portfolio in line with agreed budget targets
  • Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders
  • Work on projects that improve existing processes and help drive innovation within the affiliate program
  • Collaborate with other Affiliate Managers to ensure local best practice approaches are implemented globally
  • Work on projects that may impact other areas of the business as agreed and directed by the UK Affiliates Lead or Head of Affiliates
  • Work closely with the following roles and teams:
  • Marketing Communications Manager to create email and social media communication plans that engage and delight our UK affiliate partners and to help keep the English version of KindredAffiliates.com up to date
  • Key Accounts & Global Affiliate Team to collaboratively ensure UK affiliate acquisition from these key accounts is delivered to agreed targets
  • Local Country team to ensure all members are kept up to date with affiliate activities and that you are fully aware of what other acquisition and retention activity is happening in your market
  • Marketing Intelligence to optimise affiliate marketing performance and investment
  • Product Marketing teams to spread the word about our latest and greatest product features
  • Any other Kindred Group teams as and when required by the nature of your role
  • Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends that impact on the program and the business
  • Perform market and competitor program research as required
  • Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently

Your experience

  • Good knowledge of performance based and/or affiliate marketing
  • Significant Online Marketing experience, ideally from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company
  • Very highly organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational);
  • Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control
  • Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Native level English-language skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

An advantage

  • College/University degree is preferable
  • Gaming industry experience a plus
